Provisional bookings

A provisional booking can be made by phone or email. It becomes final upon receipt of the completed, signed booking form within seven working days. After that, the dates are released.

A booked stay cannot be transferred. Only the people listed on the booking form are allowed to fish, unless otherwise agreed in advance by all parties.

Payment

No deposit is required. The full amount of the stay (100%) is paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. For any booking made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is paid at booking confirmation.

Late payment

If full payment does not reach us by the due date (30 days before the start of the stay), we reserve the right to cancel the booking and release the dates.

Cancellation and changes

Any cancellation of a confirmed booking must be notified by email, the date of receipt being the reference. The following scale applies: cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the stay, full refund of any amount paid; cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the start, 50% of the stay price is refunded; cancellation less than 15 days before the start, or no-show, no refund is due.

If you wish to change the dates of your stay, we will do our best to accommodate the request subject to availability, without however being obliged to accept the change.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or modify your stay, we will offer you, at your choice, a full refund or an alternative date. No compensation will be due beyond the full refund, and we cannot cover costs or expenses arising from such cancellation or modification.

Liability and insurance

Each angler is responsible for their equipment and personal belongings during the stay. Valid personal liability insurance is recommended. The pond rules, signed at the time of booking, form an integral part of these conditions.
